Reviews and Ratings
Upon entering the hotel, the room was at a cool temperature with a fridge available. The check-in process was smooth, and a basic breakfast was ready. I loved how easy it was to control the room's climate, even having the option to turn off the fan if needed.
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, especially enjoying the spacious and well-equipped rooms. The service was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. The location was ideal for exploring downtown Phoenix and attending events at nearby venues. Although the dining options were somewhat limited, the overall experience was excellent.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were in need of maintenance, and the reception service was functional but not very warm and friendly. Unfortunately, a strong marijuana smell from another room led to the cancellation of one night, possibly due to the July 4 holiday. Despite these challenges, the service was extremely friendly and helpful throughout, and the staff was professional and knowledgeable about the area.
